ኢትዮጵያ እንደ ራሺያዊው የሥነ-ሕይወት ባለሙያ ቫቪሎቭ በዓለም ላይ ከሚገኙ ስምንት የሰብል ተለያይነት ማዕከላት መካከል አንዷ ናት፡፡ ለሃገራችን የሰብል ጀነቲክ ሀብት ባለጸግነት በምክንያትነት ከሚጠቀሱት ውስጥ የአየር ንብረት ተለያይነት፣ የተለየዩ መልክዓ ምድራዊ ገጽታዎች እና የተለያዩ የግብርና ዘዴዎች ዋና ዋናዎቹ ናቸው፡፡ ከዚህ በተጨማሪም በሀገራችን የሚገኘው ሰፊ የባህል ልዩነት ለሰብል ጀነቲክ ሀብት ተለያይነት እና ተያያዥ ነባር ዕውቀት እንዲሁም ፈጠራ ጉልህ አስተዋጽኦ አድርጓል፡፡

ኢትዮጵያ የበርካታ የሰብል እጽዋት መገኛ ሃገር ናት፡፡ ከነዚህም መካከል ጤፍ፣ ኑግ፣ የሀበሻ ጎመን ፣ እንሰት፣ አንጮቴ፣ የኢትዮጵያ ድንች እና ቡና ይገኙበታል፡፡ ሀገሪቱ እንደ መኮሮኒ ስንዴ፣ ገብስ፣ ማሽላ፣ አተር፣ የርግብ አተር፣ ሽንብራና እና ምስር ለመሳሰሉት ሰብሎች ደግሞ የተለያይነት ማዕከል በመሆን ተለይታለች፡፡

ለዘላቂ የግብርና ምርት እና የምግብ ዋስትና የሰብሎች የጀነቲክ ሀብት ተለያይነት የማይተካ ሚና እንዳለው ይታወቃል፡፡ የሰብሎች የጀነቲክ ሀብት ተለያይነት ምርት እና ምርታማነትንና ገቢን ያሳድጋል፣ የምግብ ዋስትናን ከማረጋገጥ አኳያ ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ ያደርጋል፣ የተረጋጋ የግብርና ዘዴ እንዲኖርና እና ዘለቄታዊነት እንዲኖረው ያደርጋል፣ ተፈጥሮአዊ ካልሆኑ የግብርና ግብአቶች ጋር ያለውን ጥገኝነት ይቀንሳል፡፡ የሰብል ጀነቲክ ሀብት ተለያይነት እንደ ምርት ያሉ ውስበስብ ባሕርያትን (በበርካታ ዘረመሎች ቁጥጥር የሚደረግበት) ለማሻሻል ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ ያደርጋል፡፡ የሀገራችን የግብርና ዘዴዎች አካል የሆነውን የሰብል ተለያይነትን መጠበቅ ግብርናችን ከአየር ንብረት ለውጥም ሆነ ከሌሎች ፈታኝ ሁኔታዎች ሊገጥመው የሚችለውን ችግሮች የመቋቋም አቅም ከፍ ያደርጋል፡፡ የሰብል ተለያይነት ደረጃ በቀጥታም ሆነ በተዘዋዋሪ ተጽእኖ ከሚያደርጉ መካከል የሕዝብ ብዛት፣ የአሰፋፈር ለውጥ፣ የነባር ዝርያዎች በተሻሻሉ ዝርያዎች መተካት ይገኙበታል፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ ብዝሀ ሕይወት ኢንስቲትዩት ከተቋቋመ ከ1968 ዓ.ም ወዲህ የሰብል ዝርያዎች ቅኝትና ዳሰሳ፣ አሰባሰብ እንዲሁም የማንበር ሥራ ሲያከናወን ቆይቷል፡፡ በወቅታዊው የኢንስቲትዩት አደረጃጀት የአዝእርት እና ሆርቲካልቸር ብዝሀ ሕይወት ዳይሬክቶሬት በኢንስቲትዩቱ ካሉ ዋና የሥራ ሒደቶች መካከል አንዱ ሲሆን በዋናነትም በአዝእርትና ሆርቲካልቸር እጽዋት ማንበርና እና ዘለቄታዊ አጠቃቀም ላይ ያተኮሩ የተለያዩ የምርምር ሥራዎችን ያከናውናል፡፡ የምርምር ሥራዎች ከሚከናወኑባቸው የሰብል ዝርያዎች መካከልም የሚከተሉት ይገኙበታል፤ የብርዕና የአገዳ ሰብሎች፣ የጥራጥሬ ሰብሎች፣ የቅባት እህሎች፣ የስራስር ሰብሎች፣ ቅመማ ቅመሞች፣ አነቃቂ ሰበሎች፣ ፍራፍሬዎችና አበቦች፣ አትክልቶችና የኢንዱስትሪ ሰብሎች፡፡

የኬዝ ቲሙ ተግባርና ኃላፊነቶች

  1. የአዝእርትና ሆርቲካልቸር ሰብሎችን ቅኝት ዳሰሳና ናሙና መሰብሰብ
  2. የተለያዩ የማንበሪያ ዘዴዎቸን በመጠቀም የሃገሪቱን የሰብል ጀነቲክ ሀብት ማንበር
  3. የአዝእርትና ሆርቲካልቸር ሰብሎችን አጠቃቀም ለማበልጸግና የማንበር ሥራዎችን ለማቀላጠፍ የባህርያት ትንተና ማከናወን፡፡
  4. የሰብል የጀነቲክ ሀብት የማንበር ሥራን ውጤታማ ለማድረግ የመስክ ጅን ባንኮችና የማሳ ላይ የማንበሪያ ቦታዎችን ማቋቋምና በተገቢው ሁኔታ ማስተዳደር
  5. የተለያዩ የአዝእርትና ሆርቲካልቸር እጽዋቶችን ዘር ለተለያዩ ተጠቃሚዎች(ለተመራማሪዎች፣ ለአዳቃዮች፣ ለአርሶ አደሮች) ማሰራጨት
  6. የተለያዩ የአርሶ አደር ዝርያዎችን ወደ መገኛ ቦታዎቻቸው መልሶ መተካት
  7. የተለያዩ የአዝእርትና ሆርቲካልቸር እጽዋቶችን ዘር ለተለያዩ ተጠቃሚዎች(ለተመራማሪዎች፣ ለአዳቃዮች፣ ለአርሶ አደሮች) ማሰራጨት

የአዝእርትና ሆርቲካልቸር ብዝሀ ሕይወት ዳይሬክቶሬት በአራት የተለያዩ ኬዝ ቲሞች የተዋቀረ ነው፡፡ እነዚህም፡- የጅን ባንክ ኬዝ ቲም፣ የባህርያት ትንተና እና ግምገማ ኬዝ ቲም፣ በማሳ ላይ የማንበርና የማኅበረሰብ ዘር ባንክ ኬዝ ቲም እንዲሁም የመስክ ጅን ባንክ ኬዝ ቲም ናቸው፡፡

ጅን ባንክ ኬዝ ቲም

የተገኙ ውጤቶች 

  • በ91 ዝርያዎች ውስጥ የሚጠቃለሉ 82346 የተለያዩ የነባር ዝርያ ናሙናዎች ተሰብስበው በማቀዝቀዣ ክፍል እና በመስክ ጅን ባንኮች ተነብረዋል፡፡
  • ከ238,176 በላይ የተለያዩ የሰብል ዝርያዎች ናሙናዎች ለተለያዩ ተጠቃሚዎች ተሰራጭተዋል፡፡

መገልገያዎች

  • -10º ሴ. የሚያቀዘቅዙና 350 ሜ.ኩ የመያዝ አቅም ያላቸው አራት ማቀዝቀዣ ክፍሎች ፣3+4º ሴ. የሚያቀዘቅዝ አንድ የማቀዝቀዣ ክፍል ፣3ዘርን ለማንበር ማዘጋጃ፣ ማድረቂያ እና የብቅለት መጠን መገምገሚያ ፋሲሊቲዎች በጥቅም ላይ እየዋሉ ይገኛሉ፡፡

የባሕርያት ትንተናና ግምገማ ኬዝ ቲም

የተገኙ ውጤቶች

  • በሰብል የውጪ አካላት ባህርያት ላይ መሰረት በማድረግ ለ29419ናሙናዎች የባሕርያት ትንተና ሥራ ተከናውኗል፡፡
  • ከ3,000 በላይ ለሚሆኑ ናሙናዎች የምግብ ንጥረ ነገር ይዘት ግምገማ ማድረግ ተችሏል

የመስክ ጅን ባንክ ኬዝ ቲም

ይህ ኬዝ ቲም በተለይ የሆርቲካልቸር ሰብሎችን የጀነቲክ ሀብት መሰብሰብና ማንበር ሥራዎችን በኃላፊነት የሚያከነውን ኬዝ ቲም ነው፡፡ አርሶ አደሮች በአብዛኛው አዳዲስ ዓይነቴዎችን በመቀበል ነባር ዝርያዎችን በአዳዲስ ዓይነቴዎች ይተኳቸዋል፡፡ ይህንን ተከትሎም ነባር ዝርያዎች ከአርሶ አደሮች እጅ የሚጠፉበት ሁኔታ ተፈጥሯል። የሰው ልጆች በመኖሪያ አካቢዎቻቸው ላይ የሚያሳድሩትን በጎያልሆነ ተጽእኖን ተከትሎ ዱር በቀል ዝርያዎች የመጥፋት አደጋ ተደቅኖባቸዋል፡፡ በመሆኑም የሆርቲካልቸር ሰብሎችን ተለያይነት ማንበርና በዘለቄታዊነት ጥቅም ላይ ማዋል ተገቢ ነው፡፡ ይህንን በማድረግም ለሰብል ማሻሻያ ፕሮግራሞች ግብዓት የሚሆኑ ተመራጭ ባህርይ ያላቸውን ዓይነቴዎች በግብዓትነት ለማቅረብ የምግብና የላይቭሊሁድ ዋስትናን በአካባቢያዊና ሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ማረጋገጥ ይቻላል፡፡

የሆርቲካልቸር ሰብሎች በአብዛኛው ለረጅም ጊዜ በማቀዝቀዣ ክፍል መነበር በማይችሉ ዘሮች ወይም ደግሞ ያለ ዘር በተለያዩ የአካል ክፍሎቻቸው ቁርጥራጮች ይራባሉ፡፡ በመሆኑም እነዚህ ሰብሎች በመስክ ጅንባንኮች (በኢ-ዘቦታ የመጠበቂያ ዘዴ) እንዲተከሉ በማድረግ በማሳ ላይ እንዲጠበቁ ይደረጋል፡፡ በመስክ ጅን ባንክ ናሙናዎችን የመጠበቅ ዘዴ የሚከተሉትን ሥራዎች ያካትታል፡፡ ናሙናዎችን ከአርሶ አደሮች ማሳ፣ ከመኖሪያ ቤት ጓሮ እንዲሁም ከጫካ መስብሰብና ለተከላ ወደተመረጠው ቦታ ማስተላለፍ እና መትከልን ፡፡ በመስክ ጅን ባንክ ናሙናዎች በማሳ ላይ ጥበቃ የሚደረግላቸው በመሆኑና እድገታቸው ቀጣይ በመሆኑ ቀጣይነት ያለው እንክብካቤ ይፈልጋሉ፡፡ የተከላና የደረሱትን የመሰብሰብ ሥራ በተለይ በዓመት አንድ ጊዜ ወይም ሁለት ጊዜ ለሚደርሱ ሰብሎች በየወቅቱ ይደረጋል፡፡ ናሙናዎቹ በመስክ ላይ በሚቆዩበት ጊዜ የሰብሉን የእድገት ደረጃ ተከትሎ ተገቢው የእንክብካቤ ሥራ ይከናወናል፡፡ የተከላ ሥራው ተገቢውን የመስክ ፕላን ተከትሎ የሚከናወን ሲሆን የናሙናዎች መቀላቀልን ለማስወገድ የመለያ ታግ/ሌብል እንዲቀመጥ ይደረጋል፡፡ በአሁኑ ወቅት የኢትዮጵያ ብዝሀ ሕይወት ኢንስቲትዩት አራት የመስክ ጅን ባንኮችን በማቋቋም የሆርቲካቸር ሰብሎችን ተለያይነት በመጠበቅ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ የስራ ስር ሰብሎች፣ የአረቢካ ቡናና ቅመማ ቅመሞች በነዚህ የመስክ ጅን ባንኮች በመጠበቅ ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡ የናሙና ማሰባሰብ ሥራው የሰብሉን ኢኮኖሚያዊ ጠቀሜታ፣ የተለያይነት ደረጃውን፣ ለአደጋ ተጋላጭነቱንና ሀገር በቀልነቱን መሰረት በማድረግ ቅድሚያ በመስጠት ይከናወናል፡፡

የተገኙ ውጤቶች

  • አራት የመስክ ጅን ባንኮች በተለያዩ የሃገሪቱ ክፍሎች ለማቋቋም ተችሏል፡፡
  • 5,469 የቡና፣ 705 የስራስር እና 348 የቅመማ ቅመም ሰብሎች ተሰብስበው በመስክ ጅን ባንክ ማንበር ተችሏል፡፡

የጮጬ መስክ ጅን ባንክ

የጮጬ መስክ ጅን ባንክ በኦሮሚያ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በጅማ ዞን ጎማ ወረዳ በአጋሮ ከተማ አቅራቢያ በ1500 ሜ. ከባህር ወለል በላይ በ 7o54’ ሰ እና 36oo36o39’ ም አቅጣጫ በ21 ሔክታር የመሬት ስፋት ላይ የተመሰረተ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ ነው፡፡ የመስክ ጅን ባንኩ ከሶስት አስርት ዓመታት በፊት በተለይም የሃገሪቱን የቡና ጀነቲክ ሀብት ለማንበር የተቋቋመ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ ነው፡፡ በአሁኑ ወቅትም በ10 ዝርያዎች የሚጠቃለሉ 5,557 የሆርቲካልቸር ሰብሎች ናሙናዎች ተነብረዋል፡፡

በዴሳ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ

በዴሳ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ በ2002 ዓ.ም እ.ኤ.አ በተለይም የሀረር ቡና የጀነቲክ ሀብቶችን ለማንበር የተቋቋመ ነው፡፡ ጅን ባንኩም በኦሮሚያ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ምእራብ ሀረርጌ ዞን በኦዳ ቡልቱም ወረዳ በበዴሳ ከተማ አቅራቢያ በ7.8 ሔክታር ላይ የተቋቋመ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ ነው፡፡ በአሁኑ ወቅትም 807 የሀረር ቡና ነባር ዝርያዎች በመስክ ጅን ባንኩ ተነብረዋል፡፡o53? N and 40oቀደም ሲል በተካሔዱ ናሙናዎችን የመስበስብ ሂደት ያልተካተቱ የአርሶ አደር ዓይነቴዎችን የመሰብሰብና የማንበር ሥራዎች በቀጣይ የሚከናወኑ ይሆናል፡፡

ያዩ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ

ያዩ የመስክ ጅንባንክ በ2015 ዓ/ም እ.ኤ.አ የተመሰረተ ሲሆን በዋናነትም በመመናመን ላይ የሚገኘውን ዱር በቀል የአረቢካ ቡና ናሙናዎችን ለማንበር ያተቋቋመ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ ነው፡፡ የመስክ ጅን ባንኩ በኦሮሚያ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በኢሊባቦር ዞን በያዩ ወረዳ የሚገኝ ሲሆን 3.6 ሔክታር ስፋት አለው፡፡ በዚህ ጅን ባንክ 350 የዱር በቀል የአረቢካ ቡና ናሙናዎችን ለማንበር ተችሏል፡፡ ይህ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ በተለያዩ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች ያሉ የዱር በቀል የአረቢካ ቡና ናሙናዎች ለማንበር የሚያስችል ሲሆን ቀጣይ የናሙና ማሰባሰብ መርሃ ግብሮች እነዚህ ዱር በቀል የአረቢካ ቡና ናሙናዎችን ትኩረት በማደረግ የሚከናወኑ ይሆናል፡፡

አንጋጫ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ

ይህ የመስክ ጅን ባንክ የተመሰረተው በ2013 እ.ኤ.አ ሲሆን በደቡብ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ከንባታ ጠንባሮ ዞን በአንገጫ ወረዳ ይገኛል፡፡ ጅን ባንኩ በመመናመን ላይ የሚገኘውን የእንሰት ተለያይነት ለመጠበቅ የተቋቋመ ሲሆን 2.08 ሔክታር ስፋት አለው፡፡ በዚህ ጅን ባንክም 88 በአርሶ አደሮች የተሰየሙ የእንሰት ናሙናዎችን ለማንበር ተችሏል፡፡ በቀጣይም ቀደም ሲል በተከናወኑ የማሰባሰብ ዘመቻዎች ያልተካተቱ ተጨማሪ የእንሰት ናሙናዎች የመሰብሰብና የማንበር ሥራዎች የሚከናወኑ ይሆናል፡፡
