Discussion was held with the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT).

The Global Director of CIMMYT and his research team visited the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute (EBI) on May 20, 2025, to discuss potential collaboration on wheat varieties.

To strengthen the collaboration, CIMMYT and EBI will sign an MOU and plan joint projects to work together.
