A seminar titled “Life Experiences and Long Journeys as Examples for Researchers’ Staff” was held at the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute on June 19, 2025, under the leadership of the Executive of Training, Consulting, Project Monitoring, and Support at the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Karta Kaske, Director General of the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute, stated, “We cannot make the future better if we do not know the past, so it is useful to learn from the experiences and successes of famous people,” and wished for a good learning platform.

Dr. Gemedo Dale (PhD), Associate Professor of Plant Ecology and Biodiversity at Addis Ababa University, shared that the Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute laid the foundation for his success and highlighted the importance of learning from both success and failure.
