The closing workshop of the intensive care improvement and strengthening project was held on November 04, 2023 at Bishoftu.

Dr. Melesse Maryo the director general of Ethiopia’s Biodiversity Institute, in his opening speech, reminded that the project was effective and will be used as an example for other projects.

The coordinator of the project, Dr. Demeke Datiko, presented the main activities of the project, the duration of the project, the locations where the project was carried out, the purpose and budget of the project, and the beneficiaries of the project.

Dr. Feleke Woldeyes, Deputy Director General of Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute, provided general information about the project and it was discussed by the participants.

The participants expressed that the project was able to bring them closer to various institutions, opened the door for additional resources, and expressed their gratitude to all involved parties for the effectiveness of the project.
